Secure File Sharing and Storage Workspace

EliteScribe takes its data protection obligations seriously and at all times, complies with data protection legislation (please see our Privacy Policy for further details).  We only use a military-grade secure, GDPR-compliant workspace for clients to upload their audio and download their complete transcripts, so we fulfil your GDPR requirements as a data handler and data processor.  We will not accept files via alternative sites or email (unless it is at your request) as these are not secure.

When you access our site using a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari Secure Socket Layer (SSL), technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure and available only to authorised users.  Furthermore, all data is held in UK-located, fully protected data centres subject to the strictest policy and security protocols.

When you sign up for an account with EliteScribe, you will be supplied with a unique user name and password that must be entered to access your workspace or network.  We do not use cookies to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implement more advanced security methods, based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.  World-class “defense-in-depth” security is included in every business workspace from EliteScribe, including physical security, encryption, user authentication and application security.

If you require a reference, we can provide one upon request in anonymised form, or with a referee’s consent.  We are happy to provide you with a non-disclosure agreement on request, free of charge.
